At almost every Brazilian gathering you will find Pão de Queijo a traditional Brazilian cheese bread. Small golden cheese rolls with a crunchy crust and light fluffy centre. They are similar to french gougère but are naturally gluten free as they are made with tapioca flour instead of wheat flour.
A popular wholesome snack for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Serve them on their own or with a filling of your choice.
Made with tapioca flour, full cream milk, parmesan cheese, Canola oil, free range eggs, garlic, thyme and a pinch of salt.
