At almost every Brazilian gathering you will find Cheese Bread, aka Pão de Queijo - a traditional Brazilian savoury all day snack, better described as small golden cheese bites with a crunchy crust and light fluffy centre. They are similar to french gougère and are naturally gluten free as they are made with tapioca flour instead of wheat flour.
A popular wholesome option amongst kids and Adults, it is great all day snack for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Serve them on their own or with a filling of your choice.
This product is certified by Coeliac Australia and made with only 6 high quality ingredients: native tapioca flour, full cream milk, parmesan cheese, Canola oil, free range eggs and a pitch of salt. It is free of additives, preservatives or natural/artificial flavours.
