This Handmade pâté is made with a Shiraz buttered top rather than a jelly. This pate is a rich, country style duck pate with heavier, meaty notes of onion, thyme and Shiraz.

Julianne only uses duck, no other meats like chicken or pork. This gives her duck pâté a full, robust taste that is stronger than the chicken pâtés. The duck pâtés are also a little darker in colour as are duck livers.
